You don't have to enter the market the castle or anything. Just Go onto the town that you're supposed to scout.

So we just took the Wall down Then deep into its heart of the townĪnd then we captured suno as one of our Town.

I entered the siege and it showed up ( Scout Ibirian veidar and praven : Quest Cancelled ) Then after entering all of those Places ( the quest come up ( Scout Ibirian veidar and praven : Completed ) : What happened after : I came back to the jarl But the siege already happened. We raided suno On the kingdom of swadia I was a nord mercenaryĪ Jarl asked me to Scout the area ( Praven ) ( Ibirian ) And ( Veidar ) I got One Town Two Villages Scouting quest During my campaign As a mercenary IIRC, I have been spotted after telporting and waiting for awhile, with no movement, but I'm not sure what triggered it.) (Note: I do think that it works slightly differently for towns/villages, though. But, move just a tiny bit and, whalla!, there it is.Įverything the game does is based on ticks of time, but it seems that Spotting only works when the surrounding terrain is refreshed by/during movement. In order for the Spotting skill to fire off, in this case, it seems that you actually have to "move." So, if you teleported somewhere and pressed the spacebard, even if the hideout was nearby and within your Spotting range, you wouldn't see it. (Those things can be maddeningly frustrating and it's no crime to break down during the last few days and use a cheat to help you, IMO.) You can teleport all over the place, press the spacebar in order to let time pass, and keep doing that until your time runs out and you'll never "Spot" the hideout. Though it seems strange, this is how the Spotting skill seems to work.įor instance, let's say you use the teleport cheat when you're looking for a hidden Bandit Hideout in order to complete a quest.
